Bruce D. Nosanchuk on West Bloomfield ripped of a few of my own clients. He is a predator. He promises he has sources for business lending, i.e. regular loans, asset-based laons, etc. He claims he is an expert in SBA loans too. The reality is he is incapable and is not supposed to charge merchants money upfront, which is against the rules of most well-established and reputable lenders. He then asks you to pay him $4,500 to obtain the loan, the money you will never see coming back to you in any shape or form. That is in addition to points on a loan he won't be able to get you any way if you are asking for a loan larger than $20,000 or so. He is a fraudster. Do not give him any money and alert the police if you see him.
