On June 29 th we picked up our puppy lab from Bruiser Labradors and after a few days we took him to the vet after he seemed very sick. We had him tested and found Parvo was causing his condition. Tom, the owner has yet to reply. If there are other sick puppies from this litter please take action to contact Tom but get them help.

Update to original report: Our sick puppy is still in the animal hospital- day 6. Tom Nicolaus of Bruiser labradors emailed us and tried to deflect any personal blame or responsibility for our puppy being Parvo +. Even though our puppy was sick 36 hours after picking up- his contract states a refund within 72 hours if the puppy is found to be sick.He still refuses to call us back, said his phone is damaged- more excuses. He said he would issue a refund to us, but has yet to make good on his word. As of Monday July 7th we are aware of 2 other puppies that have died from this litter after i called the vet he uses. Other clients of Tom have been calling his vet to find out why their puppies are sick too, since Tom will not answer his phone, unless you want to put a deposit down on his next litter. We were led to believe vacinations were being done by a true vet only to find out he does them at home to save money. Our vet was given the actual vacination containers the puppies were given according to Tom and our vet believes the poor quality of the vacination brands he uses and lack of temp, control caused them to be worthless in protecting the puppies. Our vet also said he has never seen a puppy with so many parasites when they did the parasite test.Tom has another litter of puppies from another set of labs due in July and I would be cautious to buy any puppy from Bruiser Labradors due to the fact our puppy litter was at the same property that he had his pregnant labrador at. PARVO is EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS to unvacinated puppies/dogs. Tom do the right thing!!! 1) CALL ALL CLIENTS AND WARN THEM OF THE POTENTIAL PROBLEM AND TELL THEM THE TRUTH, 2) REFUND ALL CLIENTS FROM THIS LITTER THAT TESTED POSITIVE FOR PARVO.

In addition if you were a victim call his vet Dr. Sam Wolf D.V.M  @ 480-396-9800 and get your puppy tested ASAP and leave your name and # with them so we may communicate for action against them. I have already contacted the sherrif's ofc and many other groups/agencies that need to be aware of the dangerous situation he and his wife has put all of us in.
