I won an auction on ebay for a 26 inch LCD TV. The price was $1325 and I recieved an email from the seller telling me to send a cashiers check. So I mailed a cashiers check with delivery confirmation. To date the seller BRYAN MACLELLAN has never emailed me or contacted me. I am so worried as I do not have much money and this person has totally ripped me off. $1325 is alot of money, hard earned money.
Worst of all, is that he is now a no longer registered user of ebay, and the address that I mailed the check to is UPS store where this Seller just has a P.O Box.
Also the check was cashed just yesterday...thats over a week later since he recieved the payment. The Police and I think he went to a Check Cashing location and cashed it there, and it took this long only because the check had to clear with the check cashing company.
I am so sad and upset, I pray to the lord someone will catch this and help me out!
