My car was worked on by John at the Bryant automotive office. after all the work was done, he said I still needed a timing cover. 

I was moving when all this happened an ended up at an STS in north jersey who informed me of the over charges on my invoice from bryant automotive. They also Informed me of of things that were not new but I was charged for. 

After getting settled into my permenant place my car over heated an I brought it to a near by place that has always been good in the past. The gentlemen there showed me my timing cover gasket an said that this  was messed up from whom ever worked on it last an had tried to cover up there mistake with alot of silicone. 

This mechanic called Bryant automotive of bayville for me and spoke to John. John admitted his wrong doing and later apologized when my family and I went there about the refund. He asked for the paper work and said we will get the refund but he had to send all of the paper work to his boss location main office.  

i got the run around for 1 1/2 months when I finally got ahold of the boss at the mAin office, the Jackson location. 

The boss, Wayne Bryant, got on the phone and immediately yelled at me. Hi I'm Wayne n I've been doing this for 44 years. You left our office still needing your timing cover and I see how many miles you put on it from then till now. I told him that his mechanic told me I was fine to drive it (I told his mechanic how far away I was going until my permant move) He cut me off, proceiding to yell at me and i trying to tell him that i dont know the things he was talking about im just going off what my mechanic said and his mechanic said and at the end of the convo. he said and i bet you need a water pump now. He miss understood me thinking I said I don't know and yelled that he'll have to call my mechanic tomorrow then. An hung up on me. (He shoulda called them almost 2 months ago)

as soon as that call was over my mechanic called him who got the same reaction until Wayne finally let him speak an then had nothing to say except that he'll have to call his mechanic in bayville now. This sounding like more run around to me I Decided to inform the better buisness burea. The very next day I got a call to go to the bayville office for my refund of $440.95. 

I let the better buisness burea know that my refund problem had been resolved. In my opinion they should have refunded me more since I know they over charged on labor and parts on the invoice I have from them an can't believe they would have let me pay for more parts and labor on something they messed up had I ended up back there. Also due to this bad job they did and informing me I was fine to drive it I ended up needing a new water pump.

NOTE: the mechanic did say "oh yea you can drive it just bring it in if you see any leak" I never saw any leak. I also never said anything to them about the over charges or extra charges because everything else was such a headache.
