purchased item, left postive feedback, 11 days later after leaving feedback sends emails saying they removed the postive feedback, the cd skips and they want a refund. told them i to ship item back and i would send another new cd. they email back demanding a re fund open false a to z claim . now i have to deal with ato z cliam dont have the item they say they are going to return, more then likely they do this on a regular basis

hi, i am writing to express my feelings about this customer. he has ordered from us numerous times and always leaves us great feedback and very pleased to say he is the kind of customer that keeps us in business. never a complaint even if something was damaged in shipping he still tells us how we can improve the packing boxes that we use. we ship from Canada and yes we have doubled our box to make sure the vinyl is safe from postal damages. he is a faithful customer who orders from us atleast once or twice a month. you can trust him as a customer without a doubt he is one of the good ones.
