Brylane Home Comenity Bank Continually attempting to withdraw monthly payment from account without authorization Columbus Ohio

I had been in an auto accident and was unable to handle my wn affairs until recently when I noticed that Brylane homes had been attempting to withdraw a monthly payment from my savings account over the past several months, resulting in $270.00 in overdraft fees. 

When I contacted my bank they informed me that I had to have given them my account information for them to do that. I explained to them that I don't even know my savings account information to have done that and I would not have given them my savings account information over my checking account information anyway. They said I had to contact Comenity Bank, which I have attempted to do both by phone, where I had to leave a voice message for a supervisor and by email and I have yet to get a response.
