Beware BSC Auto Sales!!! They are first class scam artists. Liars, crooks, thieves. They sent an innocent lady home in an already running car that wouldn't start at all. She was stranded several times and had to leave it running three days over a long weekend before she could return it. Then they said she had it too long and refused to refund the 700 down I gave them which was my entire disability check. They dared her to sue and bragged about special clauses written into their contract.
They were expressing joy that they took her and me this way.
Beware BSC Auto Sales!!

The important elements left out...

The vehicle that this customer wanted to purchase was for $1000 down. She only had $700 to put down, so I continously showed her vehicles that were $700 down or less. She test drove this vehicle three seperate times in one sitting, as well as several other vehicles. She insisted on this vehicle, and asked to be put on a deferred down payment (pick payment) for the other $300.
Per Colorado Law, there is no grace period for a pick payment. If you do not make said payment by the due date (which our paperwork clearly reads and is explained), the vehicle is subject to repossession. The vehicle did end up having a wiring issue to the starter. The Customer then drove the vehicle to us, and dropped it off for repairs. We repaired the vehicle free of charge (which we legally don't have to do, but do so very often for our customers!), and called the Customer to pick up the vehicle.
The Customer, for whatever reason, delayed on picking up the vehicle. We couldn't deliver the vehicle due to the statement from the Customer that "the government has lasers from guns pointing through my windows and is shooting and killing my bunnies." After the person that is filing this complaint (her close friend) confirmed this statement to be true, I decided I couldn't rightfully send an employee into that kind of situation.
The before mentioned "pick payment" was due on a Friday (days after the repairs were done). As a courtesy, we actually extended the due date out until Monday! When Monday came around, the Customer did not have the money for the pick payment, and said she was aware of the consequences of non-payment. A friend of hers (who is the person filing this complaint) had previously called saying he would be helping pay for it, but called us and said that he didn't have enough money to pay for it either. Then started threatning us that he would sue us if we didn't refund her her money!
Per the paperwork she was explained and signed, if the vehicle is repossessed, the Customer must pay the Seller a per day and per mile usage fee, which would technically have her owing us money! The paperwork also clearly states that there is no refund if the vehicle is repossessed for any reason. The paperwork also includes an arbitration agreement, which states that any disputes will be solved in arbitration versus court.
We have this form to protect ourselves from people who feel the need to threaten to sue if they messed up and can't accept responsibility! It also protects the Consumer from being attacked by companies with high dollar attorneys, thus forcing any disputes to be solved in a fair and civil manner. This is obiuosly not the route that these particular people would like to go. He has repeatadly told me he will tarnish our name to no end...all because they couldn't make a payment that they agreed to make.

She took it to two mechanics who both said to return it on Monday. It had too many things wrong. Then they refused to refund and kept it ten days under the pretense of repairing it, then "repossessed" it.
strongly recommend staying away from these crooks.

Did She??

Just wondering...did she even bother to test drive the car BEFORE she bought it? Or was she grabbed off the street, chained into this "already running car" then "sent" home?
