Buckguysllc Cleaning-Craig Vernon and Leroy Bauer Does not pay employees delaware ohio

I(and a friend) started working for Buckguys back in mid april. On May 10th should have been my pay day, When I started I was told that payday would be the 10th and the 25th of every month. I have not been paid this month Friday the 8th was supposed to be pay day and he paid us $150 out of $600 + each then friday after days of emailing and texting complaing) they send us Money gram $80 easch.  To date now missing 2 paydays I am owed $800+ and my co worker is also owed $700+ I have several emails from the company telling us how good of workers we are, I have emails from his clients only requesting that we clean their houses. I can provide all documents from day one of being hiried and when this experience went sour. I have 5 kids, and my co-worker has 4. I do live paycheck to paycheck, I am currently being kicked out of where I live due to not being paid on time. I have a place lined up and can not get my money, They have blamed the bank, groupoun the bank again, Last week I was told on Friday the 23rd that the bank said the money would be avaliave on the 29th here we are, and the company is saying not until tomorrow. I wish this person would pay me and go on about his business. I even reached out to few clients of theirs that have only requested us to clean, (whom we have became good friend with) and this company lied to the clients told them that we had reqested time off work, when really we have not been paid, This customer is not happy becuase she does not like different people coming to her home all the time.  I really dont expect to ever be paid by this company I should have know after the first BS storie I was given, But me and my good heart belielvved that they would not do thier so called wonder women like that. 

If anyone does not believe this , I will gladly copy and paste emails to and from them to prove, That I did not do anything wrong, I do not lie or steal.  So they can not come back and say that we have done something wrong.  Really even if we did do something wrong that does not make it legal for them not to pay thier employees,  

I recently read another reporty from someone else, and in the repsone from the business they stated that the people complaing were self empolyees contractors,  I hope they dont try to say that, cause I have the email that was sent say that I will be an Employee of Buckguysllc Cleaning.
