Buckle Credit Card Not sure who services their credit cards Called me on my former live in boyfriends sole credit card acct USA Nationwide

Last Friday, March 25, 2016 i received a phone call on my cell phone from some "firm".  When I spoke to them, it was regarding my former live in boyfriend's buckle acct.  They were going to take him to court for an unpaid balance on his credit card.  I explained to this guy, who said he only sets up court dates, that I had called the Buckle credit card company AND sent documentation regarding his account.  My boyfriend was arrested on January 29th, 2015 for a crime he DIDN'T do, but had to sit it out in jail.  I sent them my information as well as a notarized statement from my boyfriend stating that I had power of attorney over his accounts and they could release information to me as well as his Court documentation, and a printout of the jail/prison roster showing that he was incarcerated.  He had defaulted on $120.00 - 170.00 is all.  How was he supposed to pay for this when HE IS IN JAIL?????  So fast forward 12-14 months and I get that call.  Chris (the guy from some firm) stated that Billie was going to be taken to court for the unpaid amount + court fees, + they were also going to go after him for possession of stolen property!!!!!! I said, the only property he is in possession of is STATE property as he was sentenced to 14 years in prison to which he is appealing.  THEY ARE GOING THROUGH ALL OF THAT for that low of an amount?  Plus they said they were going to go after interest charges.  14 years worth??  I am white and Billie is black.  I am totally going to play the RACE CARD here.  He had been paying ON TIME up until his arrest, which was approximately 6-8 months after obtaining the card.  They are TOTALLY BOGUS and play with people and their circumstances.

Now when I talked to the Buckle CARD people, they said they didn't have any documentation from me stating I had POA over his accts, or any correspondence from me at all.  SO I POSE THIS QUESTION?  HOW DID THEY GET MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER?  iT WAS MY CELL PHONE THAT THEY CALLED. They got my phone number and address because I provided it to them when I sent them the stuff giving me POA and when I let them know what the situation was at that time.  Back when I contacted them, he didn't have a court date scheduled or nothing.  We thought the truth would come out and he'd be released  DUH.  We are NOT married, DIDN'T have a joint account on anything, etc.  This company is BOGUS!!!!!!!!  They are thiefs and lie through their teeth.  

Do NOT do business at buckle!!  OR USE THEIR credit cards.  THEY ARE DIRTY>
