Bucks County Roofing Roof Leaked on 1st Day -- still leaking 1 year later! Internet

On 1/2/2009 we signed a contract and paid for a roof on our home. It was originally $3500-- and being newlyweds, it was a little bit of a burden on my husband & I, but we got through it. Our roofing company, Bucks County Roofing, came out about 1 week later to actually install the roof. We had seen advertisements and also lawn signs for others homes -- we figured that they were reputable. They were done with the roof before noontime, which we thought was strange, but neither my husband nor I know much about roofing, so we assumed it was normal. They also called my husband at work and said to him -- well, we know you signed a contract, but you need this ice shield and it's going to be $500 more. At this point they already had our roof off of our home -- so what else could we do? We agreed.
 
The first rain storm, the roof leaked -- into our master bedroom -- and left a nice big watermark right on our ceiling. We called and called and finally got a response from them, and they agreed to come out on Monday -- didn't offer to tarp anything or come out in the rain to even look at it, so the roof continued to leak into our home. Monday, they said everything was fixed. They supposedly caulked around the chimney. The next big storm-- was composed of heavy winds and rain. My husband calls me at work to inform me that our roof is blowing off our home. When I arrived at home, the shingles were physically blowing off the roof onto our lawn. We saved the shingles and called again. Let me tell you -- calling this roofing company and actually getting ahold of someone was a miracle. They didn't answer the phones, they'll get back you, etc. etc. I called our foreman again, Mark, and told him our roof was almost off of our home! I believe this was on a weekend day or sometime when it was raining. He said, well.. we can't fix roof's in the rain and we'll be out sometime next week, etc. etc. Obviously the fact that we might not have a roof in 10 minutes didn't seem to bother him in the slightest. Again, he didn't even offer to come out and tarp the roof. So the next day someone else came out (it was a different contractor than we had ever encountered that bucks county roofing had sent out) and went up to fix the roof. In addition to the problems we already had, he informed us that someone had roofed over our dryer vent, which can cause a fire in the home. So he also fixed that!
 
About six months later, the roof leaked again. In a completely different spot -- our laundry room. I can't quite remember what the problem/solution was here, but we called and they came out 3/4 days later, after the damage to our home had already been done. We finally believed that possibly everything had been fixed, until we woke up two mornings ago, one year later, and discovered a huge water stain, again in our room. My husband goes up, and the roofing around the chimney is leaking into our home again. My husband called the foreman's cell phone -- disconnected. The website? gone. The roofing office itself only has an answering machine. We called a completely different roofing company to come out and hopefully fix this disaster. Although, it will probably cost us twice as much as we originally would have paid for a roof.
