Truth, in 2006, Mr. LaCombe told me of a mining company that was uncovering vast amounts of Nickel ore and if I was so inclined, to take a look. Truth, he and I were collaborating on a venture with a group of Texas businessmen about creating a call center for their bank. Truth, Mr LaCombe began to send me emails about this junior mining company named Inspiration Mining symbol ISM.

Within 6 months Mr LaCombe had emailed various positive mining reports to me and others. He shared various information from board members that he asserted he actually met with. He assured me that this company was on the verge of being purchased by a large Chinese-based mining conglomerate. Within the next 6 months Mr LaCombe continued to "push" this stock higher by posting various claims on the chat boards of various mining sites. The stock did indeed rise from approximately 50 cents to over $6 dollars. As my portfolio increased Mr LaCombe continued to make claims both verbally and in writing which I had saved, that the target "take-out" price was going to be $15 to $20 dollars. I told him that since my small investment had risen to a decent profit I was going to sell and he advised me not to. As the financial sector continued to melt down and the stock price of ISM withered with it, I asked Mr LaCombe what was going on with this "potential sale" he kept guaranteeing was to occur. He would always, say. "It's a definite done deal", Randy the CEO had met with the investors and the news was only a month away. In typical snake-oil salesmen style he kept pushing the stock as it went from $5, to $3 and eventually down to $1. What Mr LaCombe did, was a methodical pump and dump to secure his own profit and stealing a lot of money from the very people he sold the company to. He should not be trusted unless of course you want to work with him to defraud people of their money.
