I booked airport parking for a recent family holiday overseas. Upon arriving at the Budget Airport Parking facility which turned out to be a small commercial factory with as many cars that could fit in the site. During our discussion the attendant was quite obnoxious and as an error had been made in the length of time for the booking he became even more obnoxious. He told me to get lost. He new we were vulnerable as we were to catch an international flight.

I asked if he was joking even apologising for the booking error, he said he didn't care and to get out. We unloaded the family and our ten bags and left. As we were leaving a couple at the gate approached us and told us they had been waiting over an hour for their car to be returned from god knows where. Nowhere in their advertising does it state that you car is driven offsite. We lost a considerate amount of money which we are trying to recover as a result of this dodgy operator. I urge anyone thinking of using this business to stay think twice.
