budget transmissions/capitol transmitions /anthony hernandez/evelyn klages unauthorized use of credit cards, fraud,theft, burglary, larceny cheyenne,greeley,scottsbluff Wyoming

I took my vehicle to Anthony Hernandez dba A to Z transmission & in a few days I got my vehicle back leaking tranny fluid. He said keep driving it that it would seal. It didnt make it 150 miles before it started to burn up. It was full of fluid. So I took it back & found out later he moved his shop & was now under a new name Capitol Transmitions (notice spelling). He has had my vehicle for 3 months now. Every time I talk to him he says tomorrow or he wants to make sure its right. I have been there numerous times because he wont answer my phone calls. And he has yet to finish the job he was paid to do. Along these lines... he has taken money from my credit card account 3 othert times & was never authorized to do so. In fact the last time it was under his secretary(girlfriends) name. Evelyn Klages. She is a known felon for doing fraudulant things. Other complaints against these people are report #s: #434805, #247019, #216138... Something needs to be done with these rip off people!
