Budget Truck Rental UNSAFE DEFECTIVE TRUCKS Zero Concern Everett washington

Long story short, truck was defective, had a huge hole in ceiling of cargo area, so everything got wet, lift gate didn't work, battery cables melted and circuits were jerry-rigged with staples. took 3 hours for roadside assistance and BUDGET would not refund money or one word of apology or concern. So...I disputed the $200 charge on my VISA, where Budget responded with rude uncalled for comments, like this was my fault.  I countered and the charged was credited by my bank.  Budget then turned me over to collections who send me letters, that i ignore.  Bottom line is don't let this company rip you off, stick up for yourself, dispute the charges. Worst customer service ever.
