Budk knives Dumb butts This company has been selling the same sword I liked for two years now and when I found it on the 70 percent list I was excited to say the least....then I saw the price was the same as it's always been.i called the company to complain and ANDY could only mimic like a parrot . He interrupts you while you try to explain what's going on . And his only retort is" sorry sir pricing comes from the company we have nothing to do with it. WTF ,why are they paying this guy when they can just put a recording on saying " all customers f... Off we really don't care what you think" Moutrie Nationwide

I've been dealing with this company for years I spent at least $800 in the last two years with this company . so when I found the sword I was looking at for some time on the 70 percent off list I was excited. That excitement was short lived when I saw the price was exactly the same  as it has been for two years. So .....I called customer service manager andy who could only repeat " sir it's out of my hands prices are set by the company" he said this three f...... Times . I then asked for a manager.he was all I was going to talk to. That's it for me no more shopping with budk. I really feel sorry for this company . I'm sure they're bosses would be very upset to lose customers because they ininvertidly hired the wrong manager. And I might add a very good customer.so pooooop on this company everybody . Five thumbs down.....don't get ripped off.
