Buds gun shop Egunner Won auction but did not get the gun. Lexington Kentucky

To whom this concerns,

I would like to voice a complaint about an auction I participated in, it was on EGunner, run by Bud's Gun Shop.

I won the item I bid on which started at a dollar with no reserve, my winning bid was $315.00, I received an email confirming that I had won the item. I tryed to pay for my purchase but kept experiencing problems.  I found the phone number and called to get assistance with paying, the person who answered the phone told me they couldn't find the paperwork for this gun but not to worry I had won the auction and they would give me a call back. Another day went by with no call back so I called again, the person on the other end said they were still having difficulty finding the paperwork and again stated someone would call me back.  I then stated that I got a really good deal on this bid item and I was afraid they were not going to let me have it. They stated again, not to worry I had definantly won the item and I would get it but they would have to call me back when they located the item in their system. 

I then received an email stating that the item on this auction was fraudulent and I would not be receiving it. The item (gun) was a very good price and you always communicate with the seller for shipping info., laws you have to abide by and such.  I seriously believe someone on the other end made a terrible mistake not setting a reserve, but that is not my fault I won fair and square.  Furthermore I believe the actual seller was Bud's Gun Store and they were not going to let their mistake cost them.  Again, I won an item that was basicly a $1200.00 gun for $315.00, I believe that this is the real issue.  My email from EGUNNER states successful purchase, yet it does not give any contact info. regarding the seller and states under "Options"; End of Auction Fees Not Paid.

Bud's Guns will not answer my emails or communicate with me in any manner.
