Budson Construction Henry Kiner, finditfixitflipit, Emile Sexton Remodel RipOff Humble Texas

Spoke with Emile Sexton about doing some remodel work on a house I have.  He gave me the song and dance about how he can handle everything and would have his guy meet with me at the house.

I met with Henry Kiner and went over everything.  Again, got the song and dance about how they can do everything and get it done quick, etc.  We agreed on price and time to get going.  I was supposed to meet Henry and Home Depot to give him the check and he was going to purchase the supplies (I had already provided him a list of what materials I wanted to use).  I waited and HD about 45 minutes until he called and said he was on his way.  After speaking a little more he was headed to the wrong one (now I see that this was his plan all along).

We decided to meet elsewhere the following day.  I met him, gave him the check ($9000) to get started and buy materials.  After a couple of days I went by the house and saw that nothing had been done.  After several calls to Henry, he explained that he was getting on it and just had some delays.  This went on a few more days until he finally admitted he had some money problems.  Said he was expecting a check from another job and would get on mine right away.

A few more days pass, and of course there's no more returned calls at this point.  I sent emails to him and Emile that we would file charges if he didn't contact us.  I finally got an email from Henry saying "sue me" and that was it. 

Bottom line, Henry Kiner, Budson Construction, Emile Sexton - FinditFixitFlipit are all scams just looking for a check to run off with.  BEWARE!
