Nathan Witzig & His Partner Steve are ripoffs.
They advertise as licensed Movers but aren't licensed, bonded or insured.... they don't even know how to properly move your furniture.
They didn't wrap things or properly pad the furniture with the moving blankets that WE supplied.
They banged, scratched & nicked the newly painted walls, took a chunk out of our 200 year old antique piece, broke a $150.00 piece of etched glass and destroyed a majority of our boxed items.
They were tossing, sliding & dropping boxes into the truck with broke some of our good china.
our new fridge has a huge dent in it. Nate says that he would put putty into the dent and paint over it for $200.00. ""WTF ??""
We still can't find some of our valuables and we suspect that they were stolen.
When we confronted Nate about paying for the broken items, he started yelling & threatening us. He demanded a tip for moving us and was clenching his fist. He's a big guy and kept bragging about how much he "works out at the gym". Nate & Steve kept insisting that all of the damage was already there and refused to reimburse us.
The police said that it's a civil case since we hired them (it's a contract agreement) and the police didn't do anything.

Whether it is a coincidence that it sounds the same name as: "2 Dads Moving LLC. (located in indiana), or that they actually stole that name from a movers database.... who knows?
Buff-Daddy Movers (a.k.a. 2 dads moving) have used many fraudulent names while advertising on Craigslist in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, Ca. (More than 22 different advertised names within 8 months).
It is clear that 2 Dads Moving LLC located in Indiana is NOT related to this complaint or related to the people
that this complaint is about.
Nate & Steve (Buff-Daddy movers /with many a.k.a's) refuse to admit that they're doing anything wrong and lie when accused.... even when caught in the act.
Craigslist is a joke and let these scammers go about their fraudulent advertising, even when Craigslist gets complaints about these guys.
The only way to make them stop their fraudulent advertising is to flag their Craigslist ads (and keep flagging untill they stop lying & scamming).

Two Dads Moving Company is not associated with any of these other companies nor this complaint. We are an independent, insured, Limited Liability Company registered with the state of Indiana. We are not freelancers or hacks working under the table like others advertising on Craigslist.
Please remove our company's name from those listed here at once!
