I bought a home from Distinctive Builders in 2005. They gave me a fix-it list to fill out with all the different items throughout our new home that needed attention. I submitted the list and within a week or so someone showed up to take care of some of the most basic things on the list. After that person left, no one ever showed up again. After numerous phone calls to there office, they finally stopped taking my calls. Now I need replacement windows put in, due to poor installation and, of course, Distinctive's phone number is disconnected.

I also have some huge water problems in my attic and have no idea who to turn to, other than hire someone at my own expense to come out and fix the rotten wood that has been rotting from water ever since the home was built

Who knows what name this company is working under now, but buyer beware!! These guys are crooks!!
