Premier Homebuilders A very shady company from the beginning! Rockwall Texas

It is amazing at how such a wonderful experience as building a home can turn in to a disaster. Premier Homes sucked from the beginning. Vance, the builder, didn't have the right floor plans. I am pretty sure that is how we got in the predicament we are in. We signed a contract with Premier in May of 2006. They were supposed to break ground in July of 2006. They were late getting started and finally got a few things done in October.

We went to look at the house in October and realized that we had our master bathroom plumbing in the middle of our master bedroom. They told us that they could fix the problem in a week- they would jackhammer out the foundation, move the pipes and everything would be fine. 4 weeks later... we still had huge holes in our foundation and they had cut through the post-tension wires. We got an engineer out to look at the situation and they told us to get out of our $1,000 contract.

We tried to work a deal with the builder- there were a couple of other houses in that development that were like ours, but we were told that we would have to pay $10,000 more because we had signed our contract in May and the price of the house had gone up. Of course, we didn't like that deal and we didn't like the way we were treated by Vance and another older man (not sure what his title was). We then signed the paperwork to get out of the contract and they told us we would have our money soon.

We never received the money and finally found out from Casey Moran where their corporate office was. They hide their numbers and addresses so that no one can go and complain. We drove to Rockwall, signed the papers again and over a year later... still have not received our money. This company is awful and have stopped work on many houses in McKinney and Little Elm. Beware of your builder...
