burberryoutletcanada.ca Order placed via ,burberrycanadaoutlet.ca never received and are knockoffs! Internet

I placed an order via www.burberrycanadaoutlet.ca only to realise they are not at all based out of canada but instead china. When i asked if all items where real , they assured me yes . i later read online that many reports have been filed against them claiming they sell knock-offs.

2 months later i still have not received any merchandise and have been going back and forth with emails . They claim the reason it is taking so long is because they need to verify the payment with the bank . They also asked me to wire them the money instead. I informed them that the funds had already been deducted from my credit card using the payment  company on there website  epay95 .

I have clearly tried to cancel this transaction and get a refund , only to be advised i would be charged 15% and could take up to 40days . 

Avoid this website , it is a scam .
