Well I kept getting calls from this guy Mr. Morris saying I owed $ for a HCSB credit card also, I told him I needed proof of the debt and he was very rude telling me you know you owe how are your going to pay for it.
Then I get a note from my Human Resourses department saying they want to serve me papers on a civil lawsuit, (who calls first) I guess she told them she didnt want them serving me at work and would have me call them to make other arraingements, so I call and get this Mr. Morris, he is nasty from the beginning saying I owed like $12XX.00 and if I didnt pay today they would be serving me, I once again asked for proof of the dept and he barked something and hung up, then I tried to call back and he hung up on me again and then wouldnt awnser.
I dont know what will become of this I dont have the money to pay *IF* I do owe it.
Would really like to know whats happened to the others that reported them to RIP OFF report.....I feel sick.

If you would have spelled the name of the place correctly, more people would see it.
Thomas Morris is a talker. All of them there are. They haven't sued a single person, and I'm thinking that they can't validate any of the paper they harass people over.
Remember, this joint changes their name regularly. People really need to remember to not deal with them at all. All of their threats are BS, and almost always break FDCPA.
They do business under Bureau of Asset Management, Capitol Recoveries inc., Credit Recoveries inc, Asset & Capitol Management, Bureau of Debt Management and whatever they make up next week. I'm mostly sure they are also part of the ACM Group, since their phones are registered to them.
Either way, they are bad news all around. Don't take their threats seriously, ever.
