Originally incorporated in August 2011 under the name Burlow Limited, the company remained dormant until 18 January 2016 when Miss Zia Bi was appointed as sole director (replacing Mrs Chowdhary) The company was renamed Burlow & Spencer Ltd on 20 January 2016.  

On the day of her appointment as director, Miss Bi registered a domain name, burlowspencer.com, and a website was operational within days, offering visa services to prospective immigrants and visitors to the UK.

So I think the modus operandi of Burlow and Spencer is clear: To create an impression that it is a fantastic company offering a great service with fake reviews!!!!!
