Many months ago I filled out an online form as part of a survey. One of the items I selected to receive more information about was LeanLife PM. They sent me a 7-day trial and I never heard another word from them--until today.
I was checking my credit card account to verify that my latest payment had been posted and to my amazement I was over my credit limit AFTER the payment had gone in!
There was a 49.99 charge from BURNFATHOODIA on the CC bill. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge since I authorized no such charge.
The CC rep and I tried to call the contact number given and of course got the "answering machine". I gave my callback number and demanded contact within 24 hours. I instructed the CC rep to dispute the charge no matter what since I did not make it.
And now I'm making the rounds and adding my complaint to the many others on the net. I have already contacted the Illinois Attorney General's office as well as the US Postal Service mail fraud office.

LeanLife no longer offers this product and another company, called NovaPointe from Ontario, California, has started billing customers. NovaPointe is charging in different amounts, one of which is your amount. When LeanLife had this product it was never at this amount.
