I am filing this report because people should know not to do business with a company that has the audacity to call itself "Business Cards Fast" and takes an abnormally long time to actually make business cards. The company claims that you should have your cards in 8 days (business) or less- 5 in house, processing and printing, and allow 3 for delivery. Well, it is day 9 and I just received a call this morning saying my cards were shipped out yesterday and I was given a tracking number. I called USPS with the tracking number and they say this is just a web confirmation that there is a package and that it has not yet shipped.
This company is BS!!! If you want your business cards fast, go to KINKOS! This company is going to kill itself with it's crappy service and bogus claims. Any idiot or other company with the proper equipment can send out business cards in a week or more. Who gave these jacka**es the right to call themselves "Business Cards Fast"??
