Business Claiming Service BCS Marketing Lied and claimed to be a Google My Business Certified Partner Reisterstown MD

I happened to answer a phone on my sales floor, I am the owner. I own a prestigious, Inc 500 Digital Media Firm. The call was a RO-BO call that was threatening that my listing information on Google was incorrect and at risk.... OMG NO!!!!!

We manage these for nearly a thousand different clients all over North America. I pressed #1 to verify that I was the owner. I was transferred to a woman that began to let me know how I was at risk. I let her know that I was just working on a listing.... she in a puzzled tone asked me if I had the login, what I was able to do, what I was trying to do, where I was in the process?

I asked her who she was with she said BCS Marketing, I tried to search for BCS marketing and asked her for the URL because I was finding a different one. I also asked her what state she was in. She said Maryland. When I asked her again what her URL was and that I wanted to make sure I was talking to a reputable company she hung up on me. 

GMB (Google My Business) is Free and is easy to manage, it does take time and if you would rather higher an agency like us you can. But its minimal work. The scam here is they charge you 1 of 3 packages, $299, $399, $599... this is such a scam they should be investigate by the attorney general if they aren’t already being investigated. 

After all the 2 min I was on the phone before I was hung up on, I went to the site.  (I was able to find the site after listening to the recorded call, we record all calls for quality and training) clearly the site said at the bottom”
