I've done to my credit after losing my job. It was a total wast of time and money for six months. After not seeing any decent progress I called and was given the run around by an agent who convinced me to give it a little more time. Finally I cancelled service only to find that they billed me after the fact. When I contacted them about the issue they refused to issue a refund. I'll let the BBB handle it from here
bad experience with this, never go to this in my life again , frustrating , hectic experience, The website was very late in replying me.I didn't receive any response for more than three weeks for which i had to shift on some other company.
