Buy Squad, Inc. Refurbished Products Branded As New/NO Customer Service Beaverton, Oregon Internet

Over four months ago in late January, I received a Samsung Smart TV that I had purchased in December from Buy Squad, Inc.  From the moment I took it out of the box, it was not working properly.  Since then, it will not power on or it cycles on and off by itself.  After three months of back and forth with Samsung and Buy Squad, I finally had a repair person out to fix the problem.  It promptly stopped working after the repair.

Buy Squad is incapable of running an honest and legitimate business.  They are smoke and mirrors.  Mark Davis will not return phone calls or emails.  They will not work with you to remedy the problem.  They sell old model products that are labeled refurbished by the manufacturer, and as such, the manufacturer will not repair the product.

I have asked for a refund, and no response.  This situation, a $900 television, has taken up four months of my life.  If I were made of money, I'd go out and buy another TV.  But I'm not, and I also operate my personal and business affairs with integrity, and it's shocking to me the lengths they go to avoid fixing a problem they created.  It is absurd that Buy Squad, Inc. cannot take care of the problem.  They are not legitimate.  They run a business by scamming people, and I am disappointed I fell for it.
