We fill areas based on productivity on a first come first serve basis. When your desired area was double booked, we asked you what we could do to make you happy and still keep your business.

You replied, in email, asking for two different areas claiming you would give it a shot for thirty days if we gave you two regions. We gave you two areas and got your account online - two days later, and after you had received four leads from our service, you decided to ask for your money back.

We gave you 99.00$ back because 100$ is a non-refundable account setup fee. All of these things were clearly explained to you, and the receipt also clearly states it's non-refundable. We discounted your first month service charge to encourage you to give it a shot for thirty days, and had you given it a shot I am certain you would have been happy. What were you expecting, a closed loan application in 5 days??

You claim our 90 Day Iron Clad guarantee is  a joke, how would you know, you used our service for 6 days? For you to make slanderous reports about our company after using our
service for a total of a week speaks volumes about you & Provident
Bank.

            Andrei Flores is the guy who wrote this report. He signed up with our company originally on 4/10/2012 and was sold the riverside (east) spot. Which he asked for. The first month is 299.00, he was only charged 199.00 becasue we waived his set-up fee. After getting his receipt he decided he wanted riverside corona, which was already full and he could not get.
           He then proceeded to ask for 2 areas for the price of one, so of course we want to make the customer happy so we did do that for him. A week later he has already received 6 leads and then decides to call back and ask for his money back. Under the grounds he would not deserve any money back at all. But the guy gave me a story about how broke he was so I said ok listen sir I'll do you a favor and give you 99 of your 199 back but I'm not gonig to give you the full 199.00 just causen you changed your mind.
               It cost us money to create each persons account this is why we charge a set-up fee and or him to ask for a full refund after already getting 2 areas the price of one adn 6 leads is just absurd. He is just a broke loan officer and was begging for money. Now he sits at his computer filling out reports after he already received his refund how sad.
