BUYERS BE WARE! This company will not help you replace or properly fix anything.
We have had a Garage door opener that the refused to replace because they say it was a "pre-existing problem" when they have no way to prove that it was. We paid 60$ to get it looked at and nothing done, no replacement...

The stove burners would not light. Their repair man said he could not inspect the non-working part because the screw holding the cover were "rusted & might break". I removed the screws myself while he watched. Then he taped the ignitors back in place with electrical tape! He would not even take the time to get a new part & fix it properly.

Our Refrigerator stopped getting cold, their repairman unstuck a fan & it started working, but gurgled constantly and made bubbling noises. It finally stopped working, and they say it is not covered because it was moved into the Garage at the time the repairman came out. It hardly worked & we have an extra fridge so we moved it out. Well I have no faith that even if it had been inside at the time they would have fixed it either! They would have made up another excuse not to pay.
