BWG LLCBWG LLC - Yen Bach Guillory BWG LLC will not comply with it's own lease. Metairie Louisiana

I rented a home from BWG, the home was still under lease until May 1, 2008 by the previous renter. They had moved out but they have all rights as tenants until April 30th.to store their vehicles here. But I could move in and my lease would start on May 1st. I sign a 1 year lease that went into effect May 1st. There has been very serious problems with the way BWG conducts their business & their employee(David).These issues has been brought to BWG attention numerous time without any proper response. In early May I was woken up at 12:30am with David standing in front of an open window in my bedroom. I was in fear for my life I called BWG the next day stated what had happened and to keep David off this property. The very serious problem here is, BWG keeps calling David complaining that I have called them complaining that the work has not been done for over a month. This makes David upset that I call BWG and David comes and addresses me in a very threaten way.I have explained this to BWG, I have demanded to Webb that he stops this at once. BWG alone is making a very dangerous living environment for me to be in. BWG has called David 4 more times after my first request that they please find someone else and of David's actions that night. The last time David came over May 19th. I called BWG about the trash that is surrounding the house Webb called me back with in 10 minutes, stated that David would be over.I called my lawyer and then BWG back and stated I will be out by May 31st, BWG is now requesting 500.00 for living here from April 15th to May 1st. I'm to pay them from the April 15th to the May 15th.Instead of complying with BWG own lease that Yen Guillory wrote up herself and signed or I will not get my 1,000 deposit back. My lawyer was appalled and told me to stick to the lease and for me to move out for my own safety, no later the May 31st. BWG should NOT be able to put human life in danger. I have moved out for the protect of my own life and to this date I have not received my depost back. I have contacted the BBB Case# 31000430 - bwg llc
