I have been a customer of: C & C Unisex Hair Design C & C Unisex 1 North Galleria Drive # 3 Middletown, NY 10941 Phone: (845) 692-6788
For over 4 years with my husband, son, daughter & granddaughter also going for cuts every 3-4 weeks consistently not to mention we also purchase a number of their in store products. I was having my hair cut by the same person for 1 year now her name is Senem. I went for my regular 4 week trim and she was distracted and looking all over and took the clippers without the add on piece and instead of clipping the back she clipped my side straight up.
I contacted the managing partner Giuseppe A. Acampora, known there as "JOE" he kept saying I am sorry and making excuses for the hair dresser that mind you has been there a year same time frame I have used her. He kept saying I know Senem I cannot understand how this happened, etc..etc.. and only offered me as quote: I want to earn your business back with your next free haircut" WHAT!!!!!!!!!! First it will take me 6-12 months to grow my hair out I explained that I own my own business and have meetings etc.. he never offered to resolve other than a free haircut!!
I wrote him with a choice he could send me 24 bottle of the TOPPIX hair fiber powders to try and over bald spots caused by Senem or pay for a wig. He has ignored me... This proves the arrogance and unwillingness to make A GOOD CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS MORE THAN $4000 yes $4000 dollars per year in your establishment !! IF HE CARES SO LITTLE OVER A GOOD CUSTOMER HE SHOULD NOT OWN AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DEALS WITH THE PUBLIC AND ESPECIALLY SOMETHING AS PUBLIC< PERSONAL AND DEVASTATING AS A WOMAN'S HAIR!!!!!
