We rented a house from Clark Swanson of C & S PROPERTY INVESTMENT. Because they decided to sell it we agreed to move out before our lease was over. After moving out Clark sent us harrassing text messages reporting that he didnt have to pay us any money he owed us and said he would ruin our credit if we persuid. He was nice to work with while we lived there but was unstable after we moved out. He also threatened to call our new landlord and tell them not to rent to us after he already gave a perfect referral for us. The man is unpredictable. He agreed to pay us later after we made an arrangement but backed out once again.
This man also buys homes and resells them. There are many questionable things that his company does.
