Cabinet Mania Shop RTA Frank LaMark Took Funds from My Account, Delivered No Goods, and Have Failed to Provide a Refund Per Their Own Policy Munster Indiana

I ordered cabinets from Cabinetmania.com in May 10, 2018 and provided payment information that should not have resulted in a payment to them prior to the shipping of the product ordered. My product was to ship within 2 weeks. Of course, that never happened.

Well, after not receiving the product by July 31, 2018 and having been provided with a fake FedEx shipping number, I cancelled the order and when I inquired about the status of a refund, was promptly emailed and pointed me to the policy that refunds issue within 30 days. Okay . . . so we wait. On August 30, 2018, I did not receive my refund and I contacted them by email because no one answers phone calls - even if you leave a message. It didn't used to be this way. I have emailed several times in between July 31, 2018 and October 11, 2018. Do you know why? Because they have not given me my refund even though I have been told twice that the check would be mailed out "this week." Well, the check has not been mailed out and they are holding on to $1,544.00 of my money after having not delivered product that they charged for. No one should be charging anyone's account until they have shipped the product. That is the industry standard. 

I waited patiently for cabinets. I waited patiently for a refund, but it seems the only thing Cabinetmania was quick to do was to take my funds. There is no hurry to fill orders and no hurry to return unearned funds. Since I am unable to get my money pursuant to the policies that they are quick to send you links for and that they fail to abide by, I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office and the FBI Internet Fraud unit.
