We ordered cabinets in July and paid 1500.00 by bank transfer. We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. 6 months later, we are still trying to get a refund! We never get a live person.

I was told MONTHS ago that a refund would be coming. NOTHING!! No response AT ALL

I have resorted to pretending I am a new customer to get a live person on the phone at all. As soon as I explain everything for the hundredth time I am told a refund will be issued after I submit a TICKET online. Fill out said TICKET and it wont let you submit it!

I hope that people actually read these things. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR ANYONE with RTA in title.

I was emailed 2/26/2015 by someone in "Customer Service" about my order. I was told that they DO NOT get rich off of $1500.00 orders and that if i want a refund all I have to do is ask for it. They said they would process the return today. It is now 3/9/2015 and I have received no phone call, no follow up, nor a check in the mail. BEWARE they will just keep pacifying you forever! Send a complaint to the Illinoise State Attorney! She said the more complaints she gets, the faster she can take action!
