This started back in April as soon as I hooked up service I was doomed to have the kind of cable and internet I was promised. They have great programming but to bad not alot of customer service.

Billing issues never give them your credit card  for Autopay they will process it way before your account is even due. 
Reason: Well they say its because they submit it at least 7 days before due date in order for it to be processed on time.

Wow.


Also don't ever listen to the service reps they say things to make you feel everything is okay but really they are working joe's like you and dont really care about the little guy.

Reason: They say they would fix my billing issue since my bill was due on the 27th of every month but for some reason I was billed  on the 20th or the 19th hell even one time it was on the 12th.

total charges for not having funds in my account 150.00.

AMAZING!



The icing on the cake this happened to me for 3 months no kidding. 

Reason:They kept telling me so and so from Billing was supposed to correct my billing but let me re issue the information.
  
FREAKING FANTASTIC!

Here is the really awesome part.
So finally they change my billing date which I was finally after 5 months of screw ups was told was on the 27th.

I had some of my checks stolen out of my car idiot that I am.
So I called my bank and they put a freeze on my account for 5 days
I had put A payment online through their website with my checking account.
It was blocked the first time but the 3rd party billing company tried 7 times to get it cleared. I didnt notice this at first until after I had called bank to block my account so i had charges again.
Here is the awesome part I called Grande and let them know that my account was froze and that the payment wouldnt clear. Lady rep said no worries get the account paid by the 20th and you will be fine. (um wasnt it the 27th!) Well after all this fun stuff I called Grande back becasue the bank wanted the 3rd party information to put a freeze on the transaction and they wouldnt tell me.

Well anyone my bank account unfroze I was ready to pay Grande online when I checked my bank account and saw they processed the payment on the 20th.

So okay I was like whew one less headache and left it alone.
Well sat,sun went by no problems but come Monday morning about 7 am my internet and cable was down.  I had no clue what was wrong I called Grande  they said I had my service disconnected due to non payment.
Ok Now Im pissed out of all the issues I have dealt with now this.
Explained to them I have paid and it cleared my account with their name on the statement.  They want me to print out a bank statement and prove to them I paid because they said that their 3rd party billing company only processes payments once a week.

Ok now on my personal life my daughter just had surgery on then 17th and my son was home sick. he is disabled and only 9 they wanted me to what! Okay so my internet is down I cant even use my printer.  Plus I cant leave my kids alone. So I had to call my husband and ave his sit with kids while I took the bank statement up to them and the rep there decided she wanted to review my bank statement to see the NSF charges. UMM OK! anyways thats why I am here big huse piece of crap company who gives me all kinds of excuses and it took them all d**n day to turn my cable and internet back on.

These guys make me laugh not the same complaint I actually have my account transferred to the presidents office and was assuming they gave me my movie tier for free well it turns out no they only gave me about 12.00 off my bill. for all the crap I am putting up with and the reps lying about resolving my issues is giving me a headache. Get your statements correct grande. are we really not smart enough to see this issue. I am the one who complained again about not have access to online billing. You guys could not figure out what was wrong. I cannot believe how screwed up this company is. BAD BAD SERVICE! Oh and BTW I am not fine trust me I will fight this until you get a bad rating. LIARS!


 
09/20/2010 Forward Business Response to Consumer CLT.cf.rtf 





This is a duplicate complaint, see previous complaint sent 9/2/2010. Our customer service supervisor assisted this customer on 8/30 in regards to this issue. The supervisor called customer to see if there was anything else he could do for her, she said nothing else she is fine now. This is the same issue we addressed previously. 

We removed block from the account to allow Skye Escobar to view and pay bills online and pay on our IVR. (okay its in writing they have removed the block from my account on the 30th of august.)

 But guess what they put the block back on after this date cause I tried logging in to my account to pay my bill and was blocked aain on the SEPT 20,2010.
Of coarse they dont see why I am mad since they think they did nothing wrong. I mean how many things can go wrong before they admit I am being treated very badly.

This company after many attempts on my part to be fair and responsible has violated my rights as a consumer. 
Since April of 2010 his company has tried and collect money from me without my permission. And to top it off they block me from paying my bill online and block me from viewing my bill online. How is this possible. I haven't been happy with this company since signing up for service they have a multitude of excuses. let's see whats next...

So This company tried to make it right by me by lying again to me gave me a lousy 12 bucks off my total bill. WOW you really outdid yourselves my NSF charges since you kept trying to get payment from my account after numerous times of telling you y account was frozen equaled 200.00 since april.  Yeah amazing huh!






09/22/2010 More info received from the consumer 


I was told by Raul In your president office I would get my movie tier free and all my HD channels free for a year.... well Just goes to show how much I get scammed by this company proof on my bill it never happened. I wish you guys could see all the notes of issues on my account. That would give all consumers who wish to purchase goods from this company a better idea of what I am going through.
Plus the big big picture here is my husband works as an employee of an apartment complex where we are contracted with grande we get free basic and phone and when they had screwed up my billing issues again for the I dont know 6th time they actually disconnected my service. 

So many reasons to not have cable with these guys but hey if you wanna play games and never know what kinda cap they will tell you then go right ahead.
Are you exhausted yet me too.
