Cach called me and demanded payment on an account that they said they bought from one of my creditors that had been charged off. I ask them what account and they wouldn't give me the name of the account, but threatened to shake me down for $1455 and if i didn't pay them the money they would put it as a non payment to them in my credit report They did, so now i have 2 negative entries on my credit report on the same company from 2 different companies. Sounds illegal to me but what do I know? I went in to CHECK CACH'S WEB SITE and see where they list they have been a member of the Denver BBB since Dec. 2014 and have had 101 complaints. Maybe my next call should be to the Colorado State Attorneys office.

PLAINTIFF: CACH LLC SUCCESSOR BY ASSIGNMENT TO PROVIDIAN BANK this credit card is not mine nor did i ever apply for one it says i owe over 1700 and they also have a lien on the house at (((REDACTED))). we are selling the house and it came up. since i did not have this credit card i feel like it should be taken identity theift,did not have this card in m possession my credit would not be good enough to even apply for one of these cards if i wanted tool hillsville Virginia

P. Scott Lowery P.C. Cach LLC I would like to give some advice to people who have to deal with the uneducated fools who work for P. Scott Lowery. First don't argue with their employees because of them are educated enough to understand a thing. That is why they work for a collection agency. Nobody else will hire them. Second and very important.
