Contacted by email regarding pending notice of sale on property and ionformed that there was a way to stop the process. They said they go aftger the title company and not the bank to get the process stopped. Supplied a phony court case regarding a favorable ruling on situations like mine. I asked many questions as this all sounded too good to be true.  Answers seemed to be believable. Pat almost always answered the phone or returned calls promptly. The caller had some other name though.

I was told that the fee was $2000 and would be refunded if recission of sale was not sucessful. The only way to pay the fee was to go to the person's bank and make a cash deposit.

This all didn't feel quite right but I was desperate to do something and decided to take a chance.

BIG MISTAKE!!!!

After I paid the fee I stopped hearing from Pat . He woujld not return emails or phone calls.

If you arer contacted by this person then do not have any dealing with this person or company.

Do not be fooled the way I was.
