Began membership 1Q 2016, cancelled Dec. 2016. They kept charging my account. Their execuse that I didn’t cancel properly. Cancelled again via their prefered method which was to send me an email with some sort of form. Nothing came. Cancelled again in May, finally my account was closed but because they kept charging me, I am now overdue. When I called, they kept giving me excuses about why it wasn’t cancelled.
