Caliber Collision (CC) at San Antonio, Tx was referred to us by our car insurance company for an initial repair quote.  The car sat on their lot for several days (the location of the repair shop is passed daily during our normal commute to and from work).  

When the car was finally moved to the initial inspection, the car was taken apart bumper-by-bumper, car doors, frames, headlight wiring cut, removed when clearly those parts were never damaged.  A large hole was cut into the frame of the vehicle and the car was made inoperable to drive and the parts that were perfect (i.e. bumpers, car panels, etc) were disposed of the trash. 

We were enlightened by an internal source that the car parts were thrown away as we witnessed management scream at his employees for having spoke to us.  The internal source explained his thought of perhaps the “tossed parts” were sold for profit. 

Regardless of the allegations made, we were promised to replace the parts that were thrown away as well as fixing the hole made by CC to the frame of the vehicle. On initial consult and meeting our concerns were fictitiously addressed, as in written down on a loose sheet of paper only to also be tossed away similar to the car parts. 

Several phone calls; attempted meetings were rejected and denied.

CC is responsible for the car parts lost. CC “promised” to amend its fault however has failed to do so.  This is not okay.
