This Riverside company is totally confusing. I am not even sure they are in Riverside. All I no its some part of LA. They have a mission statement saying they only do this for social and the good of the art. In fact in their mission statement it says they are a organization. The legal term for a social enity for collective goal. They have a dot. org which usually is a non profit.Yet when you look them up on guide star or the IRS it does not list them as a non profit.It appears that they are a for profit business. But when we called Riverside they had no business license for this company. Not a for profit or a non profit address.You are required to have a business address for either. But all they have is a PO Box on their Business entity detail for their corporation. PO Boxes can not get business licenses so that is questinable.
So this social club charges 950 to attend there event and 600 dollars more if you want them to do commute details without the attend fee. They have a staff of about 11 people. It appears that they are a business. All of this part is confusing about how does a business use people for almost a week as employees unless they are employees? If they are told when to do this, what and how long they are.This will take a tax person to figure out that one. All I no for sure is that Riverside is were there Service of PROCESS is .Riverside says they have no knowlege and they say they have no address for California clown campin. California clown campin is a corporation ,active according to the state papers. But were in LA and what they are doing is another question.
WHAT I do no.
That they are not listed on GUIDE Star and are probably a for profit business with no business license to be found. Buy all the above I believe that they are misleading people to believe that they are a non profit, but I can not find a non profit status at any information site. These are my personal opinions. I would not want them teaching me any business.It is a mess and appears to be misleading.

WOW, You should have seen my shock when I found out that Deanna Hartmier is the Registrant owner of the domain of California Clown Campin.She is the President of World Clown association that was forfeited in 1989 yet still stands. This is like a big water fall that flows into the river a large flow all connecting each other sham. I'm no attorney but that does not sound right to me. These are my personal opinions said in good will.

I received a call back sayng from the state that California clown Campin has a po box in San Bernardino . I called the city license there and they said the same thing no license, not in the name of the business or in service agents name in that city also.
