Joe Dileo has defrauded me out of the $4,900.
The agreement guaranteed that DiLeo/BGI would have at least 10 listing appointments in the first 90 days, or there would be a 100% refund. It has been over 210 days. Not one appointment. Not one phone call from Joe.
I have made numerous request for refund due to his breach of contract (no appointments as promised in contract.
I am not sure if Joe is a real person or just a name and profile used to defraud people in the real estate business out of money.

Hi,
Not sure if anyone has had any luck in getting their own situations resolved, but I have not. Joe will not return calls or emails or texts... which is to be expected when you have no ethics.
Please contact me so we can possibly create a united front to get justice and remove this cancer from the side of our awesome industry!

I was defrauded of $6,000 and never saw one listing appointment. I could've spent that on my dog's cataract surgery
