This company called me, and said I am qualified for a grant, and all i need to do is pay a refundable fee of $299.99, so that they can help me get my grant. They told me that they will be sending me the paperwork in 15 days, however it's been over 1 month now, and i still haven't received any paperwork, I called and asked for my money back, they say i can't unless i speak to a supervisor,so i asked to speak with a supervisor, and they told me, that they will call me back, all now i haven't received a call back, all i want is my money back, or i will have to take legal actions against them. They took my money with any problems, but to give it back it is.
Please help me get my money back

This company called me, and said I am qualified for a grant, and all i need to do is pay a refundable fee of $297, so that they can help me get my grant.
