Callahan Pooly Supply Hired for a job, showed up half the time without finishing Callahan Florida

I hired this company to get my pool back up and running. I'll admit it was rough as it had sat for almost 2 years, but they said they could do it, told me "we'll set up our filter and be there every day to blow out the filter and work on it, should be able to swim in it in just over a week" so I agreed. paid $225 up front with the other half to be paid after. That first day there were severe storms so understandably they didnt come to set it up. Day 2 no word, as I was getting ready for work that afternoon I get a short text update and say okay.

Well I get a text from my spouse at 9:45pm that my family is all going to sleep and they showed up UNANNOUNCED at 9:45pm to set up this filter system. WHO DOES THAT. They proceed for the next week to show up unannounced whenever they want anywhere from 10am to 6 pm and be upset when my dogs are out in the yard and not kenneled. The last of these days, when my dogs start losing their minds at the vehicle sitting outside my gate, I walked out to get them, and when I was less than ten feet from the truck they backed out and left only to call me 20 minutes later to complain that the dogs were out.

They came at 10am on July 4th and then I didnt hear from them for over a week. I texted the owner to get an update (on wednesday) and she says they came saturday which was a lie because my dogs were out all day so I would KNOW when they came. Wednesday after I texted they came out and thirty minutes later texted me (not talk to me while they were here) and said they were having alot of difficulty with the pool and werent sure how to proceed.

SHOW UP LIKE YOU SAY AND IT MIGHT BE EASIER. At this point I told them to get their equipment and leave. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I have now paid $225 for nothing, their filter added almost $200 to my electric bill for the month, they used MY extension cord for their filter and literally burned out my electrical socket which I will need to replace. They are not a company, just people who take your money for nothing. DO NOT HIRE THIS "COMPANY"!
