 This man is listed as an employee Calvin Chaussee was convicted of Perjury and lied on his interrogatories under oath . He is a liar and tried to steal . The man Calvin Chaussee will take all your possessions. Do not deal with this man . He can’t even own a business . He had camera in an apt he leased . Creepy Creepy . He has over 50 no trespass orders against people and over 50 in El Paso county records dept . He took the keys from a special needs person and held the possisions until Sussman paid over $6,000.00 in bogus bills . Will charge you for water and not produce a water bill from the town of Calhan . Do not deal with this man . He took over a million dollars from antennas he did not even have ..... cheat and a liar

 This man uses his grandsons and his kids to put bulls* corporations together . Sussman spent $1,000.00 on a lawyer to stop the false water bills and propane bills because they were false .The courts sided with Sussman that he has merit to his case . The judge sided with Sussman and would not toss his counter suit out . Sussman stood up to this crooked man and was offered in mediation that if Sussman dropped his suit they would drop the two years on a new lease . Sussman refused . Chaussee will send things out in the mail to old address where he knows people are not living to seek a judgement and then he leageally take possession of there things . Doug F who lives across the street from this thug will testify he lost his things in storage . Sussman has not been convicted of anything in 25 years and the employee who did not get paid stole merchandise from Sussman . Sussman never had an employee named Robert so this rebuttal is bulls* . This man tried to steal Sussman’s things and Sussman is filing another suit against Chaussee and Brent who allows Calvin to lie and steal . Do not deal with these people

This is an entirely bogus review.  I know the Chaussee's and I know they are good business people.  Sussman, on the other hand, has a reputation as a not so savory business person.  This site alone has at least six (6) different complaints againest Sussman involving bad contracts, failure to pay employees and much more.  The court system and other legal systems also know David Sussman well. He is known sex offender that, in this case, didn't properly pay his rent. He was evicted and I have heard a large judgement was awarded against him to the people he is calling out.  He is bitter and pissed that he got evicted.  The court sided with the Chaussee's because the facts proved Sussman was at fault. The bottom line is Sussman is not being honest and has a lengthy pattern of check fraud, contract issues, theft, evictions and jail time and felony records in 4 to 5  different states.  He is an overall bad person.  He didnt pay several people that worked for him before he was evicted.  That is wrong in my book.  They worked for you Sussman and deserve to be paid. People baught pictures from Sussman and he didn't deliver.  Sussman is the bad guy!  I would trust all the Chaussee's  with my life savings before I would give Sussman 2 cents.  It is sad he wants to continue the lies that all started based upon his own actions or lack there of.
