Calvin Gebauer called us for an emergency service call to chck out his heater as he claimed he was having "guests over this weekend" and needed it repaired. We made a same day appointment, found the problem with the heater, told Calvin Gebauer what was wrong and how much it would be. He then said he wanted to buy the part online and have us come back and install it. Fine. Calvin Gebauer called once the part arrived and scheduled a next day install. We arrived during the appointment time to be told by his wife that Calvin fixed it himself! He wasted our time, gas, money and expertise to pay us nothing so he could find out what was wrong with his heater. Our company policy is an $85 service call for troubleshooting and/ or a house visit. We sent Calvin an invoice, no payment. Called numerous times and he refuses to pay!!!

Then file a lein against the home!! DOnt let that piece of trash take YOUR money!!!Its a relatively easy process. I would suggest sueing that person though. People like that guy are sick little puppies that SHOULD be taught a lesson. By making this post YOU have put thier name out on the internet but YOU have done this AS A WARNING!!! You STILL need to PROVE that he screwed you over by NOT paying but that should be easy enough. Maybe they will learn thier lesson when YOU get to foreclose on THEM!!! All over $85!!! I would be personally embarrassed if I lost MY HOME because I tried to stiff a company for a job they did for ME!! Sue them and when they get the notice, which THEY will probably ignore, then go after them for the PUNITIVE DAMAGES!!! TAKE FROM THEM EVERYTHING YOU CAN!!!! Otherwise ANOTHER company is going to have to face NOT getting paid by those ppl. There REALLY should be a national database for DEADBEATS like that guy. Atleast then a business would be able to determine if they wish to take the chance of NOT getting paid.
