Calvin Klein Sale World advertises genuine Calvin Klein goods (clothing and underwear). No where on their website do they state that what you are purchasing are "replica" items. Photos are also included on their website.

Upon making my purchase, I was caught off guard as the amount of the sale differed from the amount that was charged to my credit card. My bank notified me of a charge because this purchase was made in China.

Once charge was made to my credit card I immediately emailed the seller, and did not receive a response with the first three attempts. A response was finally received ONE WEEK later, containing a tracking number for a Chinese shipping company.

The package was received at my door about 5 days later and I immediately checked it's contents. To my disbelief, the sizing was completely different to the GENUINE Calvin Klein underwear that I currently own. Two of the underwear that was sent was not even Calvin Klein, "Cailan Kailin".

I immediately contacted the seller, and have been trading emails for the past four days. In these emails, the seller has told me about the return policy and has been trying to persuade me to keep the items and take a $20 USD refund for compensation. I've replied back stating that I just want to pay shipping to return items and receive the 75% refund (which is stated in the company return policy). The last response received from the seller, he stated that a 75% refund was not possible, no reason included.

Being that this purchase was made in China, I have run out of options. This experience has really opened my eyes to scams that occur over the Internet. Hopefully this will help to inform everyone out there of this Internet website, and their terrible business.
