Camarillo Pool and Spa (Dennis J Martinez) Fraud and Theif Camarillo California

The owner of Camarillo Pool and Spa is the biggest scam artist ever.  He presents as a very nice man, but don't be fooled, he is a con artist.  He played on our dreams of installing a pool in our home, took our money, and never followed through with the work.   He made excuses after excuses.    He also signed a contract with us when his licenses was expired, which is illegal.    Initially, he was responsive to my emails, but that is his ploy to string you along.  After, I asked for my deposit back, he now dropped off the face of the earth, and has been non-responsive.  This man should be prosecuted for fraud and theft.
