Camden Property Trust - Camden Development Inc Aka Camden Legacy Defrauded me of over $1000 already Houston Texas

In violation of state law, Camden refuses to provide any tenant with an executed copy of their lease. This was merely somewhat sketchy, until they took that opportunity to 'disappear' a copy of my lease renewal, insist I was month to month, then jack my rent up 50%. This, despite a faxed copy, dozens of emails, and recorded phone calls pertaining to the lease.

This is interesting, because due to various clerical errors, I had to sign that renewal no less than four times.

They also now insist, in violation of an FCC M&O issued last year, that not only everyone have cable TV, but that they must be the vendor.

If you're even considering renting here, I invite you to Google around -- 80% of their customers would not rent from them again. They have a real problem.

The two individuals in their leasing office in Scottsdale that are most involved in this fraud are Patti Peigh and Erin Farris.

If you are a current tenant -- They will pull a jack move sooner or later. Please don't let them get away with it.
