I would get a yearly CERF done; I have only had one litter to date so I am not very experienced but have had my dogs OFA and CERF checked. All I said is that there is not an optimologist that lives in Alaska; we do have some that visit from time to time and I would continue to bring my dogs to Diamond Animal Vet where I had them seen before. You sent me a contract and then revised it and sent it singed after the fact. That is my bad for being so quick to pay without a signed contract. Lesson learned hopefully for the both of us. As for the red and white boy; I still have contact with the breeder and she is a very nice lady. So here or there, I do not believe you. I did receive a full 100% refund thank you! What a nice surprise. I am so grateful that this is over.

My show/breeder friends are right. They tell me its a mistake, I try to help new people out with breeding stock and they have no clue about anything. About the importance of health screening for eye defects.YOU could NOT guarentee me you will do a CERF on your dogs YEARLY. you will not have one of mine. Of course, mostly everything you said was bullshit, especially about the red/white boy. She didnt want you to have him. YOU had no references......i should....i mean, i will, follow in her footsteps. You will NOT have one of my dogs. You just wanna breed for money and have no regard to the hereditary defects that cockers are prone to if RESPONSIBLE breeders dont test for them yearly,faithfully and breed that defect out of their lines. I will send your money back. And forward your emails to my friends, so they know you dont care about the wellfare of our beloved cockers. Your right...god didnt give me a silver to send you BECAUSE he meant for you not to have one. Your not responsible enough yet.

Yes, all I wanted from her was a TRUE SILVER FEMALE, not a light buff not a red not any other color OR NOT A MALE, any other things she offered me I refused, I wont lie. I told her I paid for a TRUE SILVER FEMALE and I got so tired of waiting I told her that I would focus on my parti colors as TRUE silvers are harder to come by. She did find an eight month old red and white male that was open marked that I was interested in. I didnt have the shipping money but told her I would pray for it and guess what the next day or so someone anonymously deposited the money into my bank account. Would that be God? So the other breeder told me that her and Candy were not to come to terms either, that Candy was too hard to work with, cussed too much for her liking and that the other breeder decided that she didnt want a pup in trade for her eight month old male that she wanted one of her females instead and that Candy didnt want to do that and she understood. So all said and done, it didnt work and not on my account as I would have loved to have this male and the shipping money was provided. Yes my husband left me and that caused financial problems but should not have made it to the rip off report as I did have the money for the boy. To be honest I am in no better financial status today than I was then, but I will pay the shipping as she is right, I must to get a puppy or a dog. Part of me receiving my puppy is I would put in a rebuttal to this rip off report. I have not lied and she has not either minus not having the shipping money, I too have all the emails from both parties. If she wants them online or in the terms of anything yes they can be furnished. If you had purchased a pair of blue shoes, would you be happy if you got a pair of green ones? Just take time to think, as a breeder you need to know what you want BEFORE you purchase. Not that I no longer wanted a TRUE SILVER FEMALE, I waited long enough at that point to want to just focus on my parti colors, and was tired of all this at this time. Would you want something so long and drawn out to close. It has been ten months since all this started in emails, and almost that long since the headache. Now part of the deal to getting my TRUE SILVER FEMALE is to write this, and all is true yes and all she said too minus not having the money to get the boy, just at a last minute notice I didnt have it, if a pup is born then I would have time to get the money together. I told her once I received the contract in the mail, I would write my rebuttal and send the shipping money as soon as I am done writing this I will. She has changed the contract in many ways, from not only adding twenty dollars to the shipping which is understandable but also to changing the ship date of the puppy from eight weeks to twelve and the papers to be sent to me not upon receiving them from the AKC as the first contract wrote but at one year of age when the girl has had her CERF completed. I am upset to say the least, I am so looking forward to getting this part of my life closed, the part of having to deal with Candy. But she has the upper cards. I paid for a true silver girl before she was a week old in full 12/4/09 not just the deposit not because I had to but because she told me it was her Christmas Shopping money and I wanted to help her out. Now I would be losing my $900 or having to take her to court and at this point I am not ready for that. I will send her the shipping money tonight as promised via US Post Office and wait for my TRUE SILVER FEMALE to arrive. If you want to do business with this woman, I would not recommend it. I wont say this is over, but it is coming to a close and for that I am happy. I am still upset over the papers not being furnished but I am willing to wait if I must as I will keep to my end of the bargain as I did more than that in the beginning and will continue to do more than that in the end. Yep she bought a dog that wasnt born yet. I had one very light buff girl. Violet didnt want it. As Violet stated, i offered her,her money back then..she said NO, she'd WAIT for the next litter. Of course no one can predict what you will get. i had two silver girls that died at birth and one gorgeous silver male. She didnt want him. Meantime, her husband left her and now she wanted money. Then her story changed again and she wants parti colors instead of silvers. I get her a gorgeous, champion parents champion pedigree,show quality red/white boy thats 8 months. ready to use for her breeding i was going to trade a stunning red girl(i offered her this girl too) for the parti color boy for her and NOW SHE HAS NO MONEY FOR SHIPPING AND CANT GET HIM. Thats right, no money for shipping of any dog. Even if i had a silver girl she had no money for shipping.
Ive bent over backwards to get violet what she wants. She is never happy and constantly changing her mind. I give up. And yes. breeding dogs and waiting for puppies is very time consuming. AS SHE WELL KNOWS. i have all her emails to me changing her mind and her story...so if anyone wants to read them let me know. I have hundreds of references from normal people about me, my home and my dogs, if you want to read them just let me know. I have top quality cocker spaniels. I now have a litter due anyday by Hope and Ronnie. If she doesnt take a girl from this.....i dont know what to do for her. Candy
